Settings is split into sections down the left. This page says what each one is for, and flags the few that behave differently than you might expect.
Profile
Your name, email and password, and two-factor authentication. Turning on two-factor means every request needs it, not just the sign-in page. See account and security.
Appearance
Light, dark, or follow your system. There is also a switch for price estimates: turn it off and only real market prices count towards your totals, which makes the dashboard more conservative.
Organization
Your workspace name, and the people in it. Invites work by code, not by email:
- Generate a 7-character invite code, valid for 30 days.
- Send it to the person yourself, however you like.
- They enter it when they sign up, or from their onboarding screen.
No invitation email is sent. If you generate a code and wait, nothing will happen. Pass it along yourself.
Billing
Your plan, invoices, and upgrades. Only the workspace owner can open the billing portal. See plans and billing.
Marketplaces
Connect sales channels and set which ones you use. Covered in marketplaces.
Payments
Connects a Stripe account so you can take card payments through checkout links. Stripe asks for business details directly; we never see the bank information. Until onboarding is finished, links cannot be paid.
Shipping
Your shipping account key and the address labels are sent from. Also where you set the package sizes you actually use, which makes buying a label faster later.
API
For the Shop plan. Generate a key for your own systems to use, and set up webhooks. A key is shown once, at the moment you create it.
Data
Three separate things live here:
- Export. Download your whole inventory as a CSV. It is yours, and this works on every plan.
- Import. Bring a collection in, or upload point of sale sales. See importing.
- Danger zone. Bulk delete. It does what it says and cannot be undone.
Sessions
Every device signed in to your account, with rough location and last use. If something looks wrong, end that session. Ending one does not sign out the others.
Activity
A log of what has happened in your workspace: items added, prices changed, imports, sign-ins. Useful when more than one person has access and you are working out who did what.
Notifications
Which events you want to hear about. These apply to the whole workspace rather than to you individually, and they are in-app only today.
Gotchas
- Invite codes are not emailed. The most common support question on this page.
- Only the owner can reach billing. Members get a clear message rather than a broken page.
- An API key cannot be shown twice. Generating a new one immediately stops the old one working.
- Notification settings are workspace-wide. Changing them changes them for everyone in the workspace.
