Switching plans
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Pick a target plan. Upgrades route through Stripe Checkout; you pay prorated for the rest of the period and the new tier’s features activate immediately on webhook confirmation.
- Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period — no surprise feature loss mid-month.
Cancellation
From Settings → Billing click Manage subscription to open Stripe’s customer portal. Cancel there. You retain access until the end of the billing period, then move to Free.
Cancellation never deletes your data. If you re-subscribe later, everything’s where you left it.
Annual vs monthly
Annual saves ~17% (2 free months). Toggle on the pricing page before checkout. You can switch cycles at any time from the customer portal.
Invoices and receipts
Stripe emails an invoice for every charge to the address on your account. You can also pull invoice PDFs from the customer portal (Manage subscription → Invoices).
Refunds + disputes
We refund cleanly for the unused portion of an annual plan within 30 days of purchase. After that, the customer-portal cancellation flow is your tool — file a ticket if anything looks off on a charge.
