Apply CGC's current fee schedule
Modern ($30), Vintage ($45), High Value ($105), Unlimited (4% of FMV). Stash uses the current published rates and adds the handling fee.
Return the net-gain verdict
Subtract grading + handling from the expected uplift. If it's positive, Recommend. If it's negative or marginal, Skip. The verdict shows the expected dollar amount.
