Stash should be usable whether you navigate with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier. This page says what we aim for and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

The standard we work to

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the level referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in practice and by equivalent requirements elsewhere, and it is the benchmark we measure against.

We do not claim full conformance. Claiming it would be easy and would not be true. We test as we ship, we fix what we find, and we would rather you hold us to that than to a badge.

Tell us when something blocks you

If any part of Stash is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know, and we treat it as a defect rather than a request.

Email support@stashmanagement.com or use our contact page. Telling us the page, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse helps us reproduce it quickly.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days. If something is blocking you from doing a task, say so and we will prioritise it, and we will tell you a workaround if one exists while we fix the cause.

We re-run automated accessibility checks against our public pages as part of shipping, and we review this page when that result changes. The date at the top is the last time these statements were checked against the live product rather than assumed.
